I initially did my review thinking this was the other place in town! I apologize!! This is the one we loved!! The staff was always excited and super friendly and really seemed to like their job! And the puzzles were great! Been here a few times! And the location is not shady at all as one reviewer said! It’s very safe! And very clean!

We had a great time at Padlock Escape Games! I brought a school group, and the customer service leading up to the event was spectacular. They were quick to respond to all of my questions. We played adults vs boys vs girls, and the adults won! If I had to do it over again, I would have divided the teams more evenly;-)

**Edited after a 2nd visit- We went back today and gave Padlock another try after they compensated us for our first visit. This time it was excellent. The staff (Elle and Garrett) were amazing and so kind. We did the Masquerade room and it was tons of fun. The facilities are clean and the clues were hard, but the hints helped and we had an excellent time. We will definitely return and appreciate the opportunity to return and support a local business. Thank you!! **1st visit - The room and puzzle itself was fun, but the rude and condescending employee made the overall experience unenjoyable.

Took our daughter and her friends for her bday- they had a lot of fun!!! Even we had fun too! Great staff too! We will be back to try the other rooms!!!

You getter go prepared. We escaped with 1 minutes and 26 seconds to spare. Great room setup and good staff.

The two employees upfront were pretty friendly. There were four of us, one as young as 10 years old. They were nice enough that she didn't feel uncomfortable. We did the math heavy one, but she was still able to contribute quite a bit. Just make you sure you understand how all the locks work. We actually got stuck on one of the locks because we didn't understand how the release mechanism worked.

My husband, 3 of my kids, ages 16, 13, and 11, and I had so much fun! We did The Study room. It was not easy and we had to use a few hints but this was great family fun for a smart competitive group!

Never been to an escape room and it didn't disappoint. Even though we were not able to solve the murder it was a lot of fun. Loved how challenging it was. I will return again to redeem myself lol
